Refund & Cancellation Policy

Awad Advisors is committed to providing professional, transparent, and high-quality tax, accounting, and advisory services. Because our services involve professional time, expertise, and regulatory compliance, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all clients.

1. Nature of Services

All services provided by Awad Advisors are professional services, not tangible goods. As such, services rendered cannot be returned once work has begun.

2. Consultations

  • Initial consultations, strategy sessions, and advisory meetings may be billed at a flat or hourly rate.

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable, whether conducted virtually or in person.

  • If stated in writing, a consultation fee may be credited toward future services at Awad Advisors’ discretion.

3. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once work has commenced, including but not limited to tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

  • If a client cancels services before any work has begun, a refund may be issued for prepaid fees, minus any administrative or processing costs.

  • Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing.

4. Cancellations & Engagement Termination

  • Clients may cancel services by providing written notice.

  • Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and is non-refundable.

  • Awad Advisors reserves the right to terminate an engagement if required information is not provided, deadlines are missed, or professional standards cannot be maintained.

5. Scope Changes & Additional Fees

  • Fees are based on the agreed-upon scope of work.

  • Additional services, complexity, or revisions outside the original scope may result in additional charges.

  • Clients will be notified and approval will be obtained before additional work is performed.

6. Accuracy of Client Information

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Awad Advisors is not responsible for penalties, interest, or consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.

7. Third-Party & Affiliate Services

Awad Advisors may partner with trusted affiliates for specialized services. Payments made directly to third-party providers are subject to their individual refund and cancellation policies.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any concerns regarding fees or services must be submitted in writing within 14 days of invoice or service completion. We encourage open communication to resolve matters promptly and professionally.
